PHOTO/IMAGE GUIDELINES:

The quality of your photographs will impact upon the final result, so if your loved ones are still here and you’re taking photos to send, please ensure they are as clear as possible, no blurring and ideally taken facing natural daylight….capturing their whole face without any hair/head cut out of the picture. We advise from waist/chest upwards. Do not worry if you have limited pictures, we can work with most images and in some cases can hand draw in areas if needed, or be creative with the layout.

Order Process

1. Choose your size and framing options
2. in the notes for the designer add in any quotes you may want
3. Add order to your basket
4. We’ll create your order within approx 2 days of receipt of your images and send the proof print to the email address you have supplied to ensure you are happy before printing & posting (if you need it sooner/urgent than the specified  please email peopledigitalprints@gmail.com with your order number as we can prioritise/accommodate)
5. Once you’ve approved your print & your happy for us to print we will have it posted out via Royal Mail 1st Class Signed for which is usually a speedy 1-2 working days to arrive, unless it’s a digital file which will be emailed instantly once approved
